Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time all orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. If a package is shown as delivered but has been stolen from your residence, you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not be replaced by Natures Pleasantries. If a package has been damaged during shipping, you must also file a claim with your local postal office or shipping vendor. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided at the time your order is placed.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our product, all products sold and distributed by Natures Pleasantries are final sale and are not available for refund or exchange. Please choose carefully when making your product selections.
