Dealing with long COVID has been an unexpected and arduous journey, impacting not only my health but also the very foundation of my business. As the persistent symptoms took their toll, the decision to close my business became a necessity rather than a choice.
The daily battles with fatigue, brain fog, and unpredictable symptoms made it increasingly challenging to maintain the operations of my business. Coping with the physical and mental toll of long COVID became a full-time endeavor, leaving little room for the demands of entrepreneurship.
While it was a difficult decision to close the doors of my business temporarily, it was a crucial step in prioritizing my health and well-being. This experience has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of self-care during times of adversity.
As I focused on my recovery, I am grateful for the support of friends, family, and the understanding of those who were part of my business journey. The path ahead seemed uncertain, but sharing my story is a small step in raising awareness about the challenges of long COVID and the impact it can have on individuals and their livelihoods.
In my time of reflection and healing, I looked forward to the possibilities that lie ahead and the hope for a brighter future beyond the shadows of long COVID.
I am grateful to say that I’m about 98% recovered, and I am excited to get back to doing what I love.
Thank you to those who reached out with concern.
I really do love my Natures Pleasantries family!
